Returns
Acceptable Reasons for Returns:
Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a product that is damaged, leaking, or appears tampered with, contact us within 24 hours of receipt. Please provide an unboxing video and images as proof. We will promptly investigate and take necessary actions.
Incorrect Product or Quantity Received: If we mistakenly send the wrong product or an incorrect quantity, notify us within 24 hours of delivery. We will resolve the issue after a quick investigation.
Unacceptable Reasons for Returns:
Late Notification: Returns are not accepted if notified more than 24 hours after receiving the product(s).
Used or Opened Products: We cannot accept returns for products that have been opened, used, or tampered with, including those with broken seals.
Non-Defective Returns: Returns for reasons other than manufacturing defects or errors on our part will not be accepted.
Return Process:
- Contact our customer service via email or phone with your order details and reason for return.
- Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging, with all seals intact.
- Upon receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will notify you if your return request has been approved.
Refunds
Refund Conditions:
Refunds will not be issued if:
- The returned product shows signs of damage or tampering.
- An incorrect shipping address was provided during the ordering process.
- The product has been partially consumed before return.
- You do not comply with the return policy outlined above.
Refund Eligibility:
Refunds may be issued in the following cases:
- The product you ordered is out of stock.*
- The shipping address is outside our serviceable area.*
- The returned product is in good condition, untampered with, and the return reason is deemed acceptable.

- A duplicate payment was made for a single order.

(*In such cases, a full refund will be issued without any deductions.)
Cancellations
To cancel an order, please notify us within 24 hours of placing it, providing your order details. If the order has not yet been shipped, a full refund will be processed within 7-10 working days. If the order has already been shipped, you will need to return the product at your expense. Refunds will be subject to deductions for shipping and processing fees and will only be issued after we receive and inspect the returned product.
